BABY CLASSES
Dance classes at Danceworks start from age 2
Our Baby classes are designed to introduce young children to the basic techniques and most importantly to develop a love for dance. We follow the RAD ‘Dance To Your Own Tune’ syllabus for all Baby classes.
Our baby classes start from age 2 in our ‘Little Stars’ class. This is a pre school class that is based on the introduction of ballet technique using music, song and imaginative based movement.

At nursery age (approximately 3), children progress to the Rising Stars class which introduces modern jazz along with ballet foundation skills.

Our Shooting Stars class is for children of Reception age (approx 4). As well as ballet and modern, as studied in Little Stars and Rising Stars, we now introduce the basics of tap. In this class we develop the beginnings of ballet, tap and modern technique as well as musicality and performance.

TINYBOPZ
For younger children we run our TinyBopz classes on Wednesday mornings
9.30am – 10.10am ~ 6 – 18 months
10.30am – 11.10am ~ 18 months – age 3
These classes take place at The Danceworks Studios and are the perfect way to introduce very young children to the joy of movement to music
Classes are £6.50 for pay as you go, or you can book a block of 6 weeks in adcvance for a discounted rate
