acro & Aerial Skills
Acro classes are a progression from our Gymnastics classes and are more of a crossover between gymnastics and dance. Students from age 6 learn balancing and tumbling skills which could be used in dance and whilst these are learnt on a mat they are ultimately progressed to a harder floor (unlike gymnastics).
Our Acro classes take place on a Friday evening and unlike all our other classes, Acro is bookable direct and you can choose to book weekly or book a course at the start of the block of lessons at a discounted rate. We run classes at three levels – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, please read the description of each before booking to see which is most suitable. A full breakdown of skills learnt in each class is also available on the booking page.
Aerial Skills classes take place once a term, linvolvingt skills on the Hoop and on Silks. This class is suitable for age 10+ and booking details can be found below.
